Requirements:
• Must Be 23 Years Old or Older
• Minimum of Two Years Driving Tractor-Trailers
• Clean Driving Record
• No More Than 3 Moving Violations in the Past 3 Years
• No Reckless Driving Citations in the Past 5 Years
• No DWI/DUI Convictions
• No License Suspensions Related to Moving
• No More Than 3 Preventable Accidents in the Past 3 Years
• No Preventable, DOT-Reportable Accidents in the Past 12 Months
• No Positive Drug Screens or Refusals
• No Felony Convictions Involving a Commercial Vehicle
